Any student or a working professional beyond the Age of 18 is eligible to live in Comfyroom.

We at Comfyroom provide a stay for 11 months as per the agreement. But you can still contact us for shorter stays. but a minimum stay 3-month duration.

We at Comfyroom accept net banking, Debit card, Credit card, UPI, and cash so you need not worry about anything. At Some properties, cash collection is not possible hence digital payments are the preferred method.

We have taken great care of our properties to make sure they look their best and we know you will too. However, sometimes things do happen.
If you cause any damage beyond normal wear and tear we will put it right for you and simply charge you the cost.
