1. Minimum 3 month stay.
  2. Mandatory 30 days notice for exit otherwise your security will not be given.
  3. One month security deposit.
  4. Mandatory payment of security deposit and one month rent before check-in.
  5. Rent (in advance) must be paid before the 7th of every month to avoid penalty Charged 50/- Per day.
  6. Monthly maintenance charge INR 500/
  7. While vacating room charge INR 200/- will have to be paid for cleaning the room.
  8. One time KYC (Police Verification) of INR 300/- payable by the customer.
  9. Nailing, painting and all type tape on the walls of the room is prohibited.
  10. Strict rental cycle of 1st to the last day of month.
  11. In room electricity charged at INR 10/- per unit.
  12. No smoking and drinking in common area.
  13. Meal are not included in the rent. Meal charge extra.
  14. Security deposit not adjust in last month rent only refundable.
  15. Safely keeps your belongings. Comfy Room is not responsible for theft.
